1. Returns & Replacements

At Fancy Automobile, we strive to ensure that customers receive genuine and high-quality products. Returns and replacements are accepted only under specific conditions listed below.

Return Eligibility Conditions:

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The incorrect product was delivered
  • The issue is reported within the allowed time frame

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect ordering by the customer.

Replacement Conditions:

Replacement will be provided after:

  • Verification of the reported issue
  • Confirmation of product damage, defect, or incorrect delivery
  • Availability of replacement stock

If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued as per refund eligibility.

Time Window to Report Issue:
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of original packaging
  • Invoice or order details

This proof is required for verification and approval of replacement requests.

Return Pickup Method:

  • Return pickup will be arranged through our courier partners whenever available.
  • In certain cases, customers may be requested to ship the product back to the provided return address.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

3. COD Advance Policy

COD Advance Amount:
A small advance payment is required during checkout for Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. The exact amount is shown during checkout.

Refund Rule for Advance:

  • COD advance is refundable only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • Advance may be adjusted or refunded if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Conditions When Advance Becomes Non-Refundable:

COD advance becomes non-refundable when:

  • The order has already been dispatched
  • The customer refuses delivery
  • Incorrect address or contact details are provided
  • Customer fails to accept delivery

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD orders.
